  • 海盐1茶匙
  • 黄油2大匙
  • 李锦记黑椒酱2大匙
  • 开水2大匙
  • 1茶匙

Steps to make 黑椒牛排

  • 1.肉眼牛排撒上现磨海盐,腌5分钟。(盐要煎之前才撒,不要腌太久,否则会腌出水。)
  • 2.铸铁锅放入从牛排边切下的肥肉,煎出油,渣渣不要。
  • 3.把牛排放入,大火煎1-2分钟,锁住水份。(煎牛排最好用铸铁锅或厚底锅,受热均匀,不易焦。)
  • 4.翻面继续大火煎1-2分钟。
  • 5.放入黄油,转小火煎至想要的熟度。(因为黄油含有水份,此时放黄油,可以使锅子降温,又增加牛排的香味。)
  • 6.摆盘上桌,小孩喜欢吃时淋上黑椒酱。简易黑椒酱做法:李记黑椒酱2大匙+2大匙开水+1茶匙糖拌匀煮开即可。
  • 7.简单的牛排大餐。
