虾仁烩丝瓜

Steps to make 虾仁烩丝瓜

  • 1.准备好虾仁和丝瓜。将速冻虾仁解冻沥干水分。
  • 2. 丝瓜去掉表皮,切成滚刀块。
  • 3.把丝瓜焯水后沥干水分。
  • 4.锅中注入油,爆香姜丝。
  • 5.下入虾仁。翻炒均匀。 炒至下入变色。
  • 6.倒入焯水的丝瓜继续翻炒均匀。加入盐和鸡精调味,再加入一点水,烧开后转中火煮至2分钟。
