简易版咖喱火锅
今天大寒,寒冬要吃些暖胃的才行,来个咖喱火锅吧。

  • 咖喱粉1勺
  • 土豆1个
  • 洋葱1个

Steps to make 简易版咖喱火锅

  • 1.熟芝麻、花生米混合,舂碎;芝麻酱加入适量盐,再分次加入少许凉开水调稀,搅拌至呈丝带状。
  • 2.芝麻小料中依个人口味加入辣椒油、白腐乳、花生芝麻粉、蒜蓉等调匀。
  • 3.虾从背部剪开挑出虾线,去虾须、虾剑,清洗干净;鱿鱼花切段。
  • 4.洋葱去皮洗净切小块、土豆去皮洗净切滚刀块,葱切丝,姜切片。
  • 5.热锅,加入适量黄油烧热,爆香洋葱、姜片、葱段、蒜粒。
  • 6.调入绿咖喱1勺、咖喱粉1勺,翻炒出油、香味。
  • 7.加入土豆块、上汤,转至中小火烧10分钟。(没有上汤用凉开水也可以)
  • 8.待土豆酥烂后倒入椰浆略烧2分钟,关火。
  • 9.将制成的底料倒入火锅中,配以鱼丸、虾、蘸食小料,就可以吃一顿暖暖的火锅了。
