  • 1.日本豆腐
  • 2.备好的配料
  • 3.不日本豆腐切成段放锅里煎至两面煎黄
  • 4.煎好的豆腐
  • 5.锅置火上,倒油烧热,先把辣椒、花椒到了锅中爆香,然后加入配料下锅翻炒,加盐、鸡精、白糖、耗油、料酒适量的请水烧开
  • 6.把煎好的豆腐加入煲中,淋上香油,盖上盖子煮开后在小煮几分钟即可
  • 7.做好的成品
