  • 1.先准备原料。
  • 2.梅干菜用冷水泡30分钟备用。
  • 3.猪内洗净后,放冷水里开火,水开,即捞出。
  • 4.切成6毫米左右厚的肉片。
  • 5.再入开水里抄水。
  • 6.捞出备用。
  • 7.热锅凉油。
  • 8.先把肉皮面向下放入油锅内,把肉皮炸一炸。
  • 9.待肉皮微黄时,肥肉出了部分油,再把整块肉炸成微黄。
  • 10.肉煎炸好后,倒出多余的油,放入适量冰糖。
  • 11.待冰糖全部化完后,加入适量的开水。
  • 12.加入泡好的梅干菜,开大火收汁。
  • 13.汤汁收完就可以加入蚝油出锅了,看看颜色是不是很诱人的哈。
