    Steps to make 招财进宝——元宝红烧肉

    • 1.原料图:上等五花肉 鹌鹑蛋。
    • 2.五花肉买回来,用温水(千万不是热水)洗干净,用细水长流的那种水冲一会,加姜片泡一小时。
    • 3.切块,我家比较怕肥肉,所以切的比较小,焯水煮三分钟,水中放花椒。
    • 4.少许油煸炒五花肉,到微微发黄。盛出备用。
    • 5.锅里的猪油倒出去,换食用油,炒糖色。看我炒出的糖色,没加酱油就很好看了。
    • 6.放入葱姜八角草果香叶煸炒出香味,放老抽一汤匙,生抽一汤匙,料酒三汤匙,十三香半茶匙。
    • 7.放入鹌鹑蛋炒匀,兑水大火烧开小火焖一小时。
    • 8.大火收汁,一定要收好汁,红烧肉才会裹着一层浓郁的汁。放点味精提味即可。
    • 9.装盘装饰即可。
