蔓越莓饼干
最近爱上吃甜点,外面卖的用料实在不放心,只能在家里做了,采用纯正动物黄油,奶香浓郁,安全健康,想吃多少吃多少

  • 黄油75g
  • 全蛋液15g
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 蔓越莓干35g

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.黄油室温放置至软化,打发成羽毛状
  • 2.放入糖分搅拌均匀
  • 3.放入蛋液搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入面粉搅拌均匀
  • 5.搅拌成糊状
  • 6.放入切碎的蔓越莓颗粒拌匀
  • 7.捏成款约5cm,高约3cm的方柱,放入冰箱冷冻半小时左右至定型,不要太软也不要太硬,否则不好切
  • 8.从冰箱取出蔓越莓饼干柱,切成薄厚均匀的片状,放在铺了油纸的烤盘上,饼干之间留有一定空隙
  • 9.烤箱预热170°,烤制15分钟左右即可
