蒸米饭的水,始终是高于大米界面1公分,所以准确量不知道。
食盐和鸡精,就是一点点,因为荆花太少了。实在要量化,也不过0.1克左右的样子。

  • 1.大米淘洗干净,放水,浸泡1小时,入高压锅蒸熟。
  • 2.荆花洗净。
  • 3.摘去不可食用的部分。
  • 4.煮锅烧水。
  • 5.水开放荆花焯水。
  • 6.冷水浸泡。
  • 7.清水和虾一起下锅。
  • 8.水开即可。
  • 9.取一小把荆花放食盐,生抽,鸡精搅拌均匀。
  • 10.放上去壳的甜虾。
  • 11.蒸好的米饭。
  • 12.平时喜欢吃黏米,做饭团发现黏米太不给力,太粘手。
  • 13.带一次性手套,取适量米饭,放上荆花和虾仁,团成饭团。
  • 14.荆花摆盘。
  • 15.放上做好的饭团。
