泡椒凤爪
泡椒凤爪可以当菜吃,也可以下酒菜,还是煲剧、出游、宵夜的好零食。以鸡爪为主食材,辅食材由白醋、红辣椒、白生抽、白酒,加上冰糖、生姜、葱、蒜等。酸酸甜甜,开胃好吃,做好放冰箱冷藏,想吃就拿出来,零食自己做,想吃就吃,健康开胃,还实惠。
泡椒凤爪,采用山水清洗、煮,以及山泉冰水的浸泡,比普通的凤爪要白嫩爽口,清香、好吃。
今天采用的泡椒水提前做好,更加入味,想吃凤爪的时候,只要购买鸡爪,煮好,放入泡椒水中浸泡一天就可以吃了。

Steps to make 泡椒凤爪

  • 1.准备食材:鸡爪、香辣泡椒水;PS:泡椒水我提前做好了,白醋、红辣椒、白砂糖、生姜、蒜、盐等浸泡一个晚上。
  • 2.鸡爪山水洗净,去趾甲;
  • 3.锅中适量的山泉水,放入鸡爪、生姜(3片)、白酒、八角、桂皮煮沸之后改为中小火,煮6分钟;
  • 4.捞出,沥干水,放入冰水(冰的山泉水)中浸泡5分钟;
  • 5.捞出,沥干水份;
  • 6.鸡爪放入玻璃保鲜罐,倒入泡椒水浸没即可;
  • 7.吃的时候,用干净无水筷子夹出,剩下的继续放冰箱想吃的是就吃。
