Steps to make 蔓越莓核桃面包

  • 1.后油法。将主料依次投入面包机桶内,进行和面。揉至光滑,加入黄油。
  • 2.继续揉至能够拉出大片薄膜(完全扩展阶段)放至温暖处,进行发酵。
  • 3.发酵至二倍大,取出;排气。分等量6份。静置15分钟左右。
  • 4.擀成长圆条形。
  • 5.所示如图,摆成“6”字型 将左6的口里自下上条从而上钻出。
  • 6.将右上条从6口自上而下钻出来。
  • 7.翻面,将左上条和右下条两个末端捏紧。
  • 8.放入模具,放烤箱二发。
  • 9.在二发好的面团上,刷蛋液;均匀撒上核桃和蔓越莓。
  • 10.烤箱预热;170度 18分钟。出炉出,撒薄薄的糖粉,看上去是不是很浪漫感觉的
