  • 1.白砂糖放入牛奶搅拌融化。
  • 2.磕入鸡蛋,打散成牛奶蛋液。
  • 3.牛奶蛋液过滤一遍。
  • 4.蒸熟的红薯切丁,和蔓越莓一起放到蛋挞皮中。
  • 5.倒入牛奶蛋液,放入预热好的烤箱,上下火180度,中下层,20分钟左右。
  • 6.烤至蛋挞表面不均匀焦黄色即可。
  • 7.好吃看得见。
