  • 煮贝果用糖20G

Steps to make 护眼明目的蓝莓果酱贝果

  • 1.首先将温水与蓝莓果酱混合.
  • 2.加入高筋面粉300G 盐4G 糖20G 发酵粉3G 揉成光滑面团,再加入蓝莓干.
  • 3.再次揉均匀.放置30分钟进行第一次发酵.
  • 4.第一次发酵完毕后等分6份,揉圆后放置15分钟.
  • 5.取一份面团,压圆形后如图折三折.
  • 6.再次折起将结合出捏紧.
  • 7.揉拉成长度为20CM的条形.一端擀平.
  • 8.首尾结合捏紧.6个全部做完以后,35度环境下放置30分钟进行最终发酵.
  • 9.最终发酵完毕后,准备一锅水,加入20G糖,煮至沸腾前的温度,将贝果放入单面煮30秒,双面合计煮1分钟.
  • 10.烤箱提前预热200度,将煮好的贝果放入.烤20分钟. 美味的蓝莓贝果出炉啦!
