肉粽
端午食粽是我国的传统习俗,今天也来跟跟风哦。

Steps to make 肉粽

  • 1.猪肉切成小块,八角、桂皮、香叶、香果放料理机打成粉加入肉里面拌匀,加盐,糖,鸡精、耗油、老抽、香油再次拌匀放冰箱腌一个晚上肉入味。
  • 2.准备好糯米。
  • 3.清洗干净,多洗几次哦。
  • 4.糯米里加12克盐和适量的食用碱,少许油。
  • 5.粽叶和粽绳清洗干净。
  • 6.两片粽叶头尾相对重叠。
  • 7.折起成一个漏斗型。
  • 8.粽叶漏斗底部放入一部分糯米。
  • 9.加腌好的肉。
  • 10.再盖上糯米。
  • 11.折叠包好。
  • 12.转角。
  • 13.用粽绳尽量扎紧。
  • 14.依次一个一个包完,稍做修剪,剪去多余的粽叶。
  • 15.冷水上锅,水里放点食用碱,粽子放入高压锅,水要高出粽子越多越好。
  • 16.大火煮开,出汽后压30分钟转最小火再压3个小时。
  • 17.好了。
  • 18.美美哒。
