鸡蛋面托
一直混淆于煎饼和面托的区别。我的理解,仅仅是我的理解哈:面糊稀的煎出来简直托不起来的是面托*,面糊稠的,煎出来像饼似的叫煎饼*。

    Steps to make 鸡蛋面托

    • 1.面粉加适量盐。
    • 2.用筷子搅匀,把小面粉疙瘩用筷子碾碎。
    • 3.打入一个柴鸡蛋。
    • 4.搅匀,注意,面糊不能太稠,太稠了摊开就成了煎饼。面托儿就要柔柔软软才好吃。我这么一点面糊水,我煎了三张,又薄又软,好吃极了。
    • 5.小葱碎。
    • 6.小葱碎放碗里,搅匀备用。
    • 7.锅里刷油。
    • 8.倒入适量面糊。
    • 9.转动锅子,让面糊转圆。
    • 10.煎至表面微微凝固。如果不想往上面磕鸡蛋,煎到这一步翻面,另一面煎至浅黄色即可出锅。
    • 11.淋上鸡蛋液。
    • 12.转动锅子,让蛋液均匀沾满面托儿。轻轻晃动锅子,让面托脱离锅底。
    • 13.翻面,鸡蛋遇热即凝。出锅。
    • 14.香软好吃的鸡蛋面托即成。
    • 15.成品。
