福袋肉粽
对于一个北方人来说
我从小对粽子的认知就是
甜、黏、香(对!就是甜粽!)
还会有各种馅儿被精心裹在里面
小枣儿、红豆、板栗、豆沙……
咬下去都是蜜糖似的惊喜
直到长大后第一次吃到了肉粽
内心惊呼怎么会有咸粽这种东西的同时
嘴巴却停不下来一口一口直到吃光
鲜嫩的肉馅儿糅杂了蒜香
还有丝丝菌菇的独特气息附着在味蕾上
黏滑柔软,香而不腻
那种味道简直不能够更美妙

  • 猪绞肉200g
  • 糯米300g
  • 虾米15g
  • 独头蒜1头
  • 干香菇12朵
  • 粽叶16片
  • 粽绳8条
  • 酱油2匙
  • 米酒4匙
  • 蚝油1匙
  • 白胡椒粉5g

Steps to make 福袋肉粽

  • 1.干香菇泡水1小时后切丝,独头蒜切碎,糯米浸泡一小时,虾米加4大匙米酒浸泡1小时。
  • 2.猪绞肉加入蚝油、白胡椒腌制五分钟。
  • 3.中小火将独头蒜炒至金黄,再放入虾米、香菇炒香后放入猪绞肉炒熟。
  • 4.放入糯米,酱油拌炒均匀,加一杯水焖煮开后转小火焖5分钟,关火用余温继续焖十分钟。
  • 5.新鲜粽叶浸泡5分钟,清洗干净,剪去较硬的叶柄,将粽叶十字摆放。
  • 6.中间放上馅儿,直向的粽叶将馅儿卷起,接着横向的粽叶左右抓起后扭结包紧,用粽绳将扭结处打结。
  • 7.放入蒸锅,大火蒸25分钟,就可以开动了。
