    Steps to make 三鲜锅贴饺

    • 1.把香菇,芹菜,胡萝卜洗净沥干。
    • 2.自己剁的肉馅。
    • 3.肉馅用鸡蛋,盐,生抽,蚝油,胡椒,色拉油,用生姜水分3次顺一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 4.把香菇芹菜切成丁,胡萝卜擦丝倒入肉馅中。
    • 5.倒入适量的小麻油搅拌均匀。
    • 6.包好的饺子。
    • 7.锅里油烧热,码饺子用小火煎至底部有点硬。
    • 8.淋薄面粉水,把火稍调大,盖上锅盖焖几分钟,汁干再淋面粉水,反复2-3次即可。
