    • 4.大火炒芥兰的同时放入料酒与白糖。
    • 5.盖上锅盖焖片刻。
    • 6.芥兰焖至软身加入腊肠与姜蒜豆豉。
    • 7.所以材料炒均匀,放少放盐与鸡精再勾个生粉芡即可上碟。
