Steps to make Braised Pork Chop with Smoothed Egg and Onion Sauce

  • 1. Clean the pork chop and remove the bones.
  • 2. Pierce and cut the white part of the ribs near the edge, or use scissors to cut them.
  • 3. Slap the pork loose. After filming, the volume of the pork chop increased by 1.5 times.
  • 4. Sprinkle black salt and pepper. Marinate for five minutes.
  • Prepare soup within five minutes of marinating pork. Cut half an onion and put it into a small boiling pot.

  • 15. Cut the pork chop into small pieces and put them back into the pot.
