Steps to make 五香酱鸭

  • 1.鸭肉用生抽、料酒和盐腌制10分钟。
  • 2.炒锅烧热,加适量油(以没过鸭肉三分之二为宜),烧至七成热,放入鸭肉炸。
  • 3.炸至金黄色,捞起沥油。
  • 4.将卤料和葱、姜、蒜准备好。(俺这个人有个怪毛病,不喜欢用纱布把卤料包起来)
  • 5.原锅留少许油,把甜面酱倒入炒香。
  • 6.加适量清水,放入4中的炉料和配料,再放入鸭子。
  • 7.转入压力锅,排气后压5分钟即可,也可不用压力锅,小火炖煮30-40分钟(整鸭的炖制时间更长),出锅放凉斩块即可。
  • 8.用辣椒酱、生抽、少许醋和香油调个蘸汁,很香哦。
