自制猪肉松
我家儿子喜欢吃肉松,喝粥,吃饭的时候都会放一些。知道外面卖的肉松有许多防腐剂什么的,吃了对身体无益,总想着能自己做就好了。最近在网上看到用面包机做肉松,自己也学着做了些,果然很简单,做好的肉松干香蓬松,而且干净卫生,妈妈们快试试吧!

  • 猪后腿肉350克
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 白糖2汤匙
  • 食用油1汤匙
  • 6克
  • 料酒1汤匙

Steps to make 自制猪肉松

  • 1. 猪后腿肉。
  • 2.剔去筋膜后切成10厘米的块。
  • 3.凉水放入肉,姜片,料酒。
  • 4.煮开后撇去浮末,中火煮30分钟。
  • 5.煮好的肉捞出晾凉。
  • 6. 把肉放入保鲜袋中,用擀面杖压碎。
  • 7. 用手撕开。
  • 8.放入面包机,启动果酱程序。
  • 9.40分钟之后就可以放入盐,生抽,白糖,油。
  • 10.60分钟的时候肉松已经做好了,晾凉后密封保存。
