红曲蛋糕卷
做的这款蛋糕卷里面加入了一点红曲粉,2小勺的量,感觉不出来味道的改变,不过让普通的蛋糕卷更加美丽了,第一次做出这么满意的蛋糕卷,好开心哦!

  • 红曲粉2小勺

Steps to make 红曲蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备好所有材料,分出蛋清和蛋黄
  • 2.蛋黄里面加入水和玉米油,用打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和红曲粉里面
  • 4.搅拌均匀即可
  • 5.再来制作蛋清部分,蛋清里面加入1/2小勺的白醋,然后用电动打蛋器开始搅打
  • 6.分3次加入白糖里面,打到8分发左右的样子,提起打蛋器,呈弯角
  • 7.打好的蛋白,取1/3到之前做的的蛋黄糊里面,翻拌均匀
  • 8.然后全部倒回剩下的2/3的蛋白霜中
  • 9.再次翻拌均匀,倒入烤盘中,两边晃动烤盘,使蛋糕糊平整均匀
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱190度,20分钟左右!
  • 11.烤好的蛋糕卷取出,晾到不烫手了,倒扣出来
  • 12.利用擀面棍卷起来
  • 13.用油纸包好蛋糕卷,放冰箱冷藏1个小时
  • 14.然后取出来切段就可以了
