Steps to make 莴笋鲜榨菜

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将莴笋削去外皮。
  • 3.将莴笋切片,厚度1厘米。
  • 4.将切好的莴笋放盐腌制,腌制半小时搅拌一次。(盐稍微多放一些)
  • 5.用手来回抓,这样可以杀出更多水分。
  • 6.莴笋变软后用纱布包起来挤出水分。
  • 7.挤出水分后用重物压在纱布袋子上,压10小时。
  • 8.压好的莴笋,这时就是榨菜了。
  • 9.香菜切段备用。
  • 10.取一只碗调料汁,香油、蒜末、辣椒油、盐、糖搅拌。
  • 11.将碗汁加进压好的莴笋里搅拌均匀。
  • 12.最后放香菜搅拌。
