小蜗牛馒头
面粉真是百变的食材,可以做无数种造型,只有想不到没有办不到呀。有空便做了这个小蜗牛练练手,呵呵。

  • 1.面粉120g和2g白糖1.5g酵母加少许温水搅散,和团
  • 2.青菜打成汁
  • 3.面粉120g和2g白糖1.5g酵母加适量青菜汁搅散,和团
  • 4.初和成的布置,比较粗糙,放一边醒发20分钟再和匀便光滑了,放至温暖处发酵
  • 5.发酵后是这样的,有蜂窝状,取出和面团
  • 6.分小剂子
  • 7.白色面团同样处理
  • 8.分别取一块搓条
  • 9.卷起
  • 10.用黑芝麻点缀作眼睛,做好后放一边醒20分钟
  • 11.上蒸锅蒸15分钟即可
