冬瓜薏米龙骨汤

    Steps to make 冬瓜薏米龙骨汤

    • 1.龙骨、冬瓜、薏米分别洗干净;冬瓜带皮切成块;(冬瓜皮营养高可一同煲汤,如果不喜欢可切去)
    • 2.锅中烧开水,将龙骨先放进去氽一会儿,捞出后用清水冲去浮沫;
    • 3.高压锅里倒入适量的水,滴两三滴醋,放入姜片、龙骨和薏米;(加醋是为了让骨头里的钙更易分解)
    • 4.大火烧开,上汽后,转中火,15分钟;
    • 5.待可以打开高压锅盖后,汤中先调入适量的盐,再倒入冬瓜块,重新加盖后大火烧开;
    • 6.最后鸡精调味,即可!
