  • 1.猪肉剁碎,加配料腌制!
  • 2.鸡蛋两个磕到盆里!
  • 3.加食盐搅拌均匀!

  • 6.把一匙肉末放到蛋液上面!
  • 7.小心的用蛋覆盖住肉末,煎至金黄即可!
  • 8.不断反复的多酿几个蛋!
  • 9.把所有酿好的鸡蛋倒回锅里,加适量水煮会!
  • 10.调味,大火收汁!
  • 11.汁收干了即可!
  • 12.蛋酿好了!
