Steps to make 卤鸭舌

  • 1.准备好所有食材。
  • 2.鸭舌提前解冻,洗净后,加入两勺料酒,腌制去腥。
  • 3.鸭舌放入水中,烧开后,倒掉脏水。
  • 4.生姜去皮切片,小米椒去蒂切段,大葱洗净去根切段。
  • 5.重新倒一锅干净的水,放入鸭舌、生姜、葱段、小米椒、草果、八角、香叶和花椒。
  • 6.加入两勺海盐,盖上锅盖大火煮。
  • 7.大火烧开后,转小火煮30分钟。
  • 8.关火后,再焖30分钟以上。
  • 9.吃多少装多少。剩下的继续放在锅里焖入味。
