  • 1.平底不粘锅置炉灶上小伙将黑芝麻炒熟
  • 2.晾凉后放料理机研磨杯里
  • 3.打碎
  • 4.加白糖、蜂蜜拌匀
  • 5.制成黑芝麻馅
  • 6.将元宵粉称量好,加适量温水和成团饧10分钟
  • 7.揪一小块面团用手按扁包上芝麻陷
  • 8.将芝麻陷包裹严实滚圆,一个汤圆就做好了
  • 9.依次做好所有的汤圆
  • 10.吃不完的放包装盒里放冰箱冷冻室保存
  • 11.水开煮汤圆煮熟即可
