圣诞饼干
圣诞的气氛越来越浓了,看到大家做的圣诞糖霜饼干,勾得我心痒更手痒,但是一想到用生蛋白来做,我心里就有点不能接受。 而且还要用到色素,不想为了做这些饼干买那么多的色素。我改用巧克力,用抹茶粉和红曲粉来调颜色,所以没有那么艳丽。

  • 鸡蛋一个(约40克)
  • 低筋面粉300克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 白巧克力60克(装饰用)

Steps to make 圣诞饼干

  • 1.黄油隔水融化,然后降温冷却至刚刚凝固,倒入全部的细砂糖和盐打发,打至黄油颜色变浅,体积变大。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,分5--6次加入到黄油糊中,每加一次要搅拌均匀再加下一次。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和奶粉,用手抓成团即可。
  • 4.台面上铺一层保鲜膜,将面团放在保鲜膜上,再盖一层保鲜膜,慢慢将面团擀成厚约5mm的面片。(现在的天气不用冷藏,擀好就可以直接用了,温度高的话还是要冷藏半个小时左右或冷冻5-10分钟)
  • 5.用饼干模刻出饼干,放入烤盘。烤箱预热,170度,上下火,中层,烤18分钟左右。要注意观察。
  • 6.将白巧克力平均分成三份,一份原味,一份加少许抹茶粉,一份加少许红曲粉,将裱花袋放入45度左右的热水中,融化巧克力,将抹茶粉,红曲粉和巧克力混合均匀。
  • 7.饼干冷却后,将装有巧克力的裱花袋剪一个很小(约2mm)的口子,在饼干上挤出自己喜欢图案。
