自制台湾芋圆

Steps to make 自制台湾芋圆

  • 1.芋头连皮加水煮至筷子能轻松戳透
  • 2.去皮后用勺子将芋头压成泥
  • 3.木薯生粉部分倒入大锅
  • 4.慢慢调入滚开水
  • 5.不停用筷子搅拌成团状即可
  • 6.温度稍低后,将淀粉粉团和芋泥混合在一起
  • 7.加入糖粉揉合均匀,这时候比较粘手,慢慢边加淀粉边揉
  • 8.揉好的粉团软硬适中,不粘手也不硬
  • 9.将芋圆粉团转移到案板上,搓成长条,用刀切成小段,适当使用一些淀粉防粘
  • 10.做好的芋圆
  • 11.像汤圆一样煮至浮起即可直接食用或者加入各式底汤,冷热皆宜!
  • 12.用同样的方法做的南瓜粉圆
  • 13.还有紫薯粉圆
  • 14.一次肯定会做很多,怎么办,拿保鲜袋里一放,扔进冰箱冷冻下,想吃的时候抓一点出来吃吃很方便!
  • 15.加入红豆汤是一碗热粉圆
