我家夏天吃得最多的就是炸酱面了,即简单方便,又消暑开胃。一碗面条有菜又有肉,营养全,也不会腻着。菜码随自己喜好随便放,美味通常就是这么简单!

Steps to make 炸酱面

  • 1.黄瓜洗净切丝备用
  • 2.五花肉和姜分别切成小丁备用
  • 3.干黄酱用适量水稀释备用
  • 4.炒锅放油,油热后下入五花肉丁翻炒至变色
  • 5.倒入之前稀释好的黄酱,转小火
  • 6.加入适量鸡精、花椒面炒匀,待锅里的肉酱慢慢变稠即可出锅
  • 7.炒好的肉酱盛出备用
  • 8.煮好的面条过凉水
  • 9.加入炸肉酱,码上黄瓜丝和香菜段就可以开动了!
