  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.糯米粉150g、玉米淀粉10g、玉米油10g倒入盆中。
  • 3.加入105g温水揉成光滑的面团。(具体的水量根据实际情况适量增减)
  • 4.揉好的面团压扁,这样更容易蒸熟。
  • 5.包上油纸。(包上油纸是为了防止粘)
  • 6.上锅蒸十分钟左右。(熟透即可)
  • 7.准备适量的黄豆粉和冰糖粉混合均匀备用。
  • 8.蒸好的面团稍凉后装入保鲜袋。
  • 9.擀成薄片
  • 10.剪开保鲜袋。
  • 11.铺上豆沙卷起。此时底部非常粘,要借用底部的保鲜袋,一边卷一边撕。
  • 12.卷好后裹上黄豆粉
  • 13.用锋利的刀切块即可。
