裱花蛋糕杯
明天就是元旦了,在这迎新的日子里,儿子的小队晚上要办个迎新活动,每家人带上一些自己做的点心和菜来个百家宴,所以我准备了一些蛋糕杯准备分发给小朋友做小礼物,因为女孩子比较多,所以用了粉色的奶油装饰,她们都说象一顶顶小皇冠!

  • 低粉100克
  • 细砂糖70克
  • 色拉油25克
  • 淡奶油150克
  • 糖粉30克

Steps to make 裱花蛋糕杯

  • 1.鸡蛋打入大盆,将细砂糖一次性倒入
  • 2.锅里放热水,把打蛋盆放在热水里并用打蛋器将鸡蛋打发
  • 3.随着不断的搅打,鸡蛋液会变得越来越浓稠,大概15分钟左右,将鸡蛋打发到提起打蛋器,滴落时不会马上消失就可以了
  • 4.分三次加入过筛好的低粉,用橡皮刮刀从底部往上翻拌均匀
  • 5.在搅拌好的蛋糕糊里倒入色拉油
  • 6.继续翻拌成均匀的面糊
  • 7.纸球放入连体模具,倒入拌好的蛋糕糊,七分满就可以了,送入预热好180度的烤箱,中层上下火,烤17分钟左右
  • 8.刚出炉的蛋糕,可放着冷却一下
  • 9.淡奶油加入糖粉打到九成发,加一滴粉红食用色素调匀后装入裱花袋
  • 10.用裱花嘴在蛋糕上面挤出小花
  • 11.在每朵小花上放一颗糖银珠即可
