枸杞芒果酸奶冰糕

Steps to make 枸杞芒果酸奶冰糕

  • 1.原料:酸奶(滤去乳清的)、枸杞、芒果、白糖。
  • 2.枸杞清洗一下,浸泡于纯净水中。
  • 3.将已经滤去乳清的酸奶倒入盆中,加入白糖搅拌至白糖融化。
  • 4.将切成块的芒果和泡软的枸杞倒入盆中。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.准备好冰糕模具,先撒几粒枸杞在模具的底部。
  • 7.将酸奶液体倒入冰糕模具里,在桌面上振几下。
  • 8.插上冰糕棒,放入冰箱冷冻室,冷冻5、6个小时,想吃的时候从冰箱取出,在清水中泡一会儿,就可以取出冰糕了。
  • 9.成品。
