粢饭团丨早餐吃一个半天都不饿
粢饭是江南传统的中国小吃之一, 我这次的粢饭团用的血糯米,血糯米又叫红米、桃花糯等,营养价值较高。血糯米有补血益气的功效与作用。

Steps to make 粢饭团丨早餐吃一个半天都不饿

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材!!!!
  • 2.红米提前一天浸泡。
  • 3.红米和糯米控水后倒入电饭锅里,加入清水,水量差不多能浸没米就可以了。
  • 4.米饭煮好后,把足够做一个饭团的量的米饭放在保鲜膜上,用勺子压扁,中间再加入榨菜丝,猪肉松和油条。
  • 5.然后用手把保鲜膜捏起收紧就大功告成。
  • 6.这样一道地方特色美食就做好了!!!
