咖喱萝卜鱼丸
冷冷的天,总想吃点发暖的东西,记得去广州的时候,大街小巷都卖咖喱鱼丸,很有人气。自己做也很简单,一小碗暖暖香香的小吃正适合这样没暖气的日子。冰箱里正好有半块萝卜,切了小块一起放进咖喱中炖了炖,软软的香香的,竟是完全不逊色于鱼丸。

    Steps to make 咖喱萝卜鱼丸

    • 1.原料:爆浆鱼丸 白萝卜 洋葱 咖喱块
    • 2.白萝卜去皮洗净切成大小均等的小块。
    • 3.洋葱切成和萝卜差不多大小的块。
    • 4.石锅加热,放少许花生油。
    • 5.油热后,放入洋葱块爆香。
    • 6.放入萝卜翻炒,至萝卜四边基本透明。
    • 7.加水没过萝卜,大火加热。
    • 8.水开后放入鱼丸,继续大火加热。
    • 9.水再次沸腾后放入咖喱块。
    • 10.待鱼丸飘起,咖喱块全部融化后,加盖改小火煮半小时以上即可
    • 11.煮的越久越入味,我煮好后没有马上吃,泡了一夜,吃的时候萝卜已经完全被咖喱浸透了,很香。
