Steps to make 老鸭粉丝汤

  • 1.鸭架一只
  • 2.加入足量的清水,大火烧开,小火炖至汤浓白。水可以多加些,差不多要炖半小时以上才可以出浓白汤。
  • 3.粉丝要提前泡软。
  • 4.将买来的卤鸭杂切好(包括鸭心,鸭肫,鸭肠,鸭肚)
  • 5.取一碗,加入适量盐和味精,放入切好的鸭杂和香菜,
  • 6.煮好的老鸭汤趁热冲入碗中。
  • 7.将泡好的粉丝入锅中煮透。
  • 8.将煮好的粉丝盛出漏勺中漏下水后倒入调好的老鸭汤中即可食用。
