分分钟打造烤箱版葱香饼——葱香饼
习惯性的每周六或周日准备下周工作日早上的干粮,最早做的就是包子吃的次数多了家里人似乎也有点厌,吃的也不香了,弄的我也没了做下去的热情,那就换个口味吧!
    这种烤箱版的葱香饼还是一次无意中偷懒做出来的,本来发好的面是要做包子的临时有事,面也不能放着就直接擀擀叠叠扔烤箱给烤了,蘸点辣酱感觉味道也不错,之后又做了几次加了香葱加了点盐,味道更好了,里面的芯软软的又带着咸味宝宝也爱吃极了,现在周末懒得准备什么了就会选择烤上一盘这样的葱香饼。

    • 1.发好的面粉擀成皮,均匀的涂上油、撒上盐、葱花。
    • 2.划上几道印。
    • 3.折叠起来。
    • 4.再稍微擀薄一些。
    • 5.放入铺有油纸刷上油的烤盘中,撒上白芝麻。
    • 6.在用刀把它划成一小块一小块的。
    • 7.再放入烤箱中发酵个半小时,不发酵也可以的,发酵后的会更松软一些。
    • 8.中层上下火150度烤差不多15分钟左右。
