  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油放入不粘锅,小火融化;
  • 3.放入棉花糖;
  • 4.翻拌至棉花糖融化;
  • 5.放入奶粉;
  • 6.翻拌至奶粉全部被棉花糖吸收,动作需要快;
  • 7.放入蔓越莓干,此时可以关火;
  • 8.翻拌至蔓越莓全部包入在棉花糖中;
  • 9.趁热放入不沾的烤盘中,用油布按压平整;
  • 10.放置手温、不沾时,用利刀切块;
  • 11.包上喜欢的糖纸,漂亮的牛轧糖就做好了;自吃、送人、做伴手礼都是非常不错。任何时候都是送礼佳品。
