Steps to make 拌猪肚

  • 1.熟猪肚切粗条。(猪肚可以先煲汤,然后凉拌,一举两得。)
  • 2.蒜剁末,葱切段。(也可以放香菜,因为我不吃香菜,就没放。)
  • 3.小锅热油,把蒜末爆香。
  • 4.倒入生抽煮开。
  • 5.放入盐焗鸡粉,糖拌匀,关火。
  • 6.放入葱段和芝麻油。
  • 7.拌匀。
  • 8.把酱汁淋在猪肚上。
  • 9.拌匀即可。(吃辣的可放点小米辣或辣油。)
  • 10.咸香可口。
