自制番茄酱

番茄酱是家庭厨房里必备的一种酱,吃面包,吃薯条、做汤菜时候等都要用得到。

    Steps to make 自制番茄酱

    • 1.西红柿去皮,切大块。
    • 2.把西红柿块放入料理机搅拌杯,洒入少许精盐。
    • 3.开动机器,把西红柿打成酱汁。
    • 4.把所有西红柿打成酱汁,倒入干净容器里备用。
    • 5.锅里倒入植物油,油热后倒入西红柿酱汁。
    • 6.用铲子轻轻搅拌,细火炒制。
    • 7.炒至西红柿酱汁颜色红艳,浓稠时倒入白糖,搅拌小火炒制。
    • 8.倒入水淀粉增加酱汁的粘度。
    • 9.西红柿酱晾凉后,倒入干净的容器里冷藏。
