樱桃可可奶油蛋糕

Steps to make 樱桃可可奶油蛋糕

  • 1.准备所需材料。(将20克细砂糖、牛奶、玉米油放在一个深盘里)
  • 2.将蛋黄与蛋白分开,蛋白放入无油无水的深盘内,滴几滴柠檬汁蛋白里,分三次加入40克细砂糖,打至硬性发泡,提起打蛋器程直三角就行。
  • 3.蛋黄加入装牛奶的盘里,打至顺滑。
  • 4.低筋面粉和可可粉混合,筛入蛋黄糊里。
  • 5.搅拌至顺滑无颗粒。
  • 6.将打发的蛋白分三次加入蛋黄糊里。
  • 7.翻拌均匀。
  • 8.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入模具里,大力震动几下,震掉里面的大气泡。
  • 9.放入预热烤箱里,150度中层上下火25分钟,转170度25分钟,烤好后立刻取出倒扣在烤网上。
  • 10.待完全冷却后再脱模切成四片。
  • 11.用小圆模具,切割成小圆片。
  • 12.樱桃去核切成小丁。
  • 13.将10克细砂糖加入100克淡奶油里打发,装入裱花袋。
  • 14.取一个盘子,放上一块蛋糕。
  • 15.将奶油挤上蛋糕面上,铺上切好的樱桃再放上一块蛋糕,然后再挤上一层奶油加入樱桃和蛋糕片,表面挤奶油和樱桃装饰即可。(说得有点像绕口令似的)
