蔬菜烤羊排
西餐烤肉喜欢用蔬菜腌制和烤制,我也试过几次,加了蔬菜烤出来的肉,多了层蔬菜的清香,而且借助蔬菜的水分,烤出来的肉类更多汁香嫩。今天烤羊排就是借用了西餐的方法,用了胡萝卜和洋葱搭配着来烤,用孜然烤肉料来调味,加了蔬菜后烤出来的羊排格外的嫩哦,烤好的肉我就拿出来几块拍照,等拍完,烤盘里的已经一块也没有啦,哈哈

  • 羊排650g
  • 胡萝卜1个
  • 洋葱1个
  • 孜然烤肉料30g
  • 孜然5g
  • 食用油10g

Steps to make 蔬菜烤羊排

  • 1.羊排斩成4厘米左右的段,我还斩了几块约10厘米的长段
  • 2.放入孜然烤肉料
  • 3.抓拌均匀,要多抓一回,这样入味透彻,然后冷藏腌制半天
  • 4.腌制好的羊排拿出来再加入胡萝卜片,洋葱丝,为了孜然味更浓郁些,我有加了些现研磨的孜然粒,再度抓拌均匀,腌制一小时左右
  • 5.再取约5克的烤肉料,加入食用油搅拌均匀用来刷表面
  • 6.把胡萝卜和洋葱铺下面,羊排摆上,这样羊排即不会粘烤盘,还不易失水
  • 7.烤箱220度预热后放入羊排烤20分钟
  • 8.拿出来刷一层料汁,再继续烤20分钟
  • 9.烤好的羊排摆盘上桌就可以享用啦,再搭配上水果吃,哈哈,那就更美啦
