    • 1.原料图如图。
    • 2.猪大肠用盐反复搓洗,洗净。

    • 4.捞出切段,酸菜切丝,红椒切片,姜切片,蒜切片。
    • 5.锅里放油,把肥肠煸炒至微黄干松。

    • 7.兑水淹没食材,放入一汤匙生抽,半茶匙盐,大火烧开,小火焖烧20——30分钟。
