黑椒香菇鸡肉卷

  • 黑椒腌鸡料1大勺
  • 生柚1小勺
  • 料酒1小勺
  • 干山楂2个

Steps to make 黑椒香菇鸡肉卷

  • 1.将鸡腿洗净沥干水去除骨头,放入所有调味料拌匀后腌2小时(12小时更好)。
  • 2.把香菇切丝。
  • 3.腌好的鸡腿放在锡纸上,摆上香菇丝卷起成鸡肉卷。
  • 4.卷起鸡肉。
  • 5.把鸡肉卷用锡纸包裹起来成糖果形状,烤箱预热200度15分钟。
  • 6.取出揭开锡纸涮上蜂蜜再烤1分钟。
  • 7.烤好后取出撒少许量的黑椒腌料在鸡肉卷上再烤3分钟。再次取出第二次涮上少许蜂蜜再烤1分钟即可。
