板栗淮山猪蹄汤

  • 1.新鲜猪蹄洗净备用。(不想麻烦可以喊卖家砍成小块)。
  • 2.烧开水,放入猪蹄焯血水。
  • 3.煮五分钟,关火。捞出洗净泡沫,用刀刮掉脏污,去除杂毛洗净。
  • 4.放入砂锅内。
  • 5.放入生姜,倒入适量水。(根据家人的多少和食量来定。)盖上盖子,大火烧开,转小火。
  • 6.准备的红枣香菇洗净备用。
  • 7.把红枣香菇放入开了的汤中,盖上盖子,继续熬一个多小时。
  • 8.剥好的板栗仁。
  • 9.处理洗净备用。
  • 10.淮山(有些地方叫山药)去皮洗净切段备用。
  • 11.猪蹄汤熬了一个多小时候,汤白味香。
  • 12.把板栗仁和淮山放入,盖上盖子继续小火煲半个小时。
  • 13.调入适量的盐和白胡椒粉即可。(盐不要放太多了)
