Steps to make 南瓜腰果合桃露

  • 1.材料準備好。
  • 2.全部材料洗乾淨南瓜切小切(用的是加熱破壁機所以腰果核桃可以是生的)(如果沒有加熱的話腰果合桃要先炒熟)。
  • 3.我是先把腰果合桃放破壁機裏打成糊漿備用。
  • 4.再把南瓜和少量腰果打成糊。
  • 5.腰果合桃和南瓜分開打成糊狀就可以造成層次分明的腰果合桃露了(如果大家嫌麻煩就可以全部材料一起放入破壁機裏打成糊即可)。
