河蟹焖饭

Steps to make 河蟹焖饭

  • 1.河蟹揭开盖子去掉蟹腮蟹心及爪尖后斩块,剔下蟹黄和蟹钳中的肉备用。
  • 2.葱切末,姜切片备用。
  • 3.香菇切小块备用。
  • 4.锅内放少许油,放入葱白末和姜片爆香。
  • 5.加入香菇略作翻炒后,将姜片拣出。
  • 6.将泡好的米放入锅中翻炒一下。
  • 7.加入料酒和生抽翻炒均匀。(米量多的话可酌情加盐)
  • 8.将锅内的米和香菇倒入碗中,加入适量清水。
  • 9.将蟹块放入米中,剔下的蟹黄和蟹肉放在表面。
  • 10.放入蒸锅,水开后蒸40分钟左右。(时间视米量而定)
  • 11.米饭焖熟出锅后,在表面撒上剩下的香葱末即可。
