早起给爹娘做早饭——香煎红糖年糕
年糕在我小时候是过年才吃的食物。每年快春节的时候我爸爸学校的食堂总会给每个老师发一大块。刚蒸好的年糕香香软软的,通常是还没拿回家就被我在路上吃了不少,年糕放了几天之后会变硬,这个时候拿来煎是最好的办法啦
这个年糕好像是我们这里的特色,做的时候加入了红糖,蒸出来的年糕是棕红色的,小时候我还一直以为年糕都是这样的,上了大学去食堂吃饭才发现竟然还有白色的没味道的年糕啊
年糕煎一小会就会变软,里面甜甜糯糯的,外皮却有一点酥,吃起来外香内软。如果再煎久一点整个的口感就会香香脆脆的。我们家喜欢裹上鸡蛋液煎年糕。这样的年糕又混了一股蛋香味,非常好吃哦。
