    • 1.以一斤米为例,称好倒入电饭煲。
    • 2.把米洗净之后,加一倍的水,比例是1:1,也可根据你用的米的吸水程度适当增减,蒸成米粒完整的米饭。
    • 3.准备紫菜,鸭蛋两个。
    • 4.蛋打出来,加少许盐。
    • 5.少许鸡精。
    • 6.几滴香油。
    • 7.少许生抽。
    • 8.搅拌均匀。
    • 9.蒸好的米饭。
    • 10.把米饭弄松散,稍微晾凉。
    • 11.加海天苹果醋。
    • 12.一斤的米,加六到七汤匙的苹果醋即可,根据个人喜好增减。
    • 13.把米饭抖散均匀,让苹果醋和米饭充分的融合。
    • 14.煎锅刷一层薄油,倒一半鸡蛋液。
    • 15.鸡蛋液凝固一半后卷成蛋卷。
    • 16.再把剩下的鸡蛋液再倒下去。
    • 17.然后继续卷成卷。
    • 18.煎至两面金黄,出锅切段。
    • 19.装盘待用。
    • 20.紫菜剪成细条,准备一杯纯净水或者冷开水。
    • 21.手蘸点水防粘,取少许米饭,握成小团,放上厚蛋烧。
    • 22.紫菜条中间的位置摁在蛋烧上,往下与米饭粘连。
    • 23.一个厚蛋烧就做好了,以此类推,剩下的米饭可以做别款的寿司。
