煎蝴蝶羊排
过年要上点硬菜才行。我家孩子们爱吃烧烤,而这个煎的方法煎烤出来的羊排,外焦里嫩,非常好吃。

  • 洋葱1个

Steps to make 煎蝴蝶羊排

  • 1.蝴蝶羊排清水浸泡出血水。
  • 2.加花椒,桂皮和生姜小火煮半小时左右,把羊排煮熟。
  • 3.煮好的羊排捞出控汤汁。
  • 4.烤肉料,食用油,黄酒和孜然粉倒入碗里搅拌均匀。烤肉料我用的奥尔良口味的。
  • 5.在煮熟的羊排上两面均匀的刷上烤肉料。冰箱冷藏腌制十小时左右。
  • 6.腌制好的羊排表面再次刷一层烤肉了。
  • 7.用煎烤盘,加热以后放入羊排煎至两分钟左右。
  • 8.翻面再煎两到三分钟。
  • 9.放入洋葱块儿。再刷一次烤肉料,煎一到两分钟。
  • 10.煎好的蝴蝶羊排摆盘上桌啦。
